Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Moustapha Salihi
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Moustapha Salihi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GP Investment Solutions (GPIS), bringing more than 14 years of professional experience across operations, logistics, project coordination, administration, and management in Mauritania and Canada.
His early career included roles with independent service companies supporting Kinross Tasiast operations at the Tasiast Gold Mine. He began with KMM Logistics in logistics services, then worked with Well Force International as a Downhole Survey Assistant, before joining Execaire Aviation, where he supervised ground operations for charter flights between Nouakchott and Tasiast, as well as between Nouakchott and Las Palmas.
In Canada, he held operational and administrative roles with Project Engineering, supporting municipal projects for the City of Grande Prairie in Alberta. He later returned to Mauritania and served as Director of Complexe Scolaire Privé Les Nobles, overseeing administration and operations.
Drawing on this cross-sector experience, he founded GPIS to provide international investors with practical local insight, professional coordination, and structured support in navigating investment opportunities in Mauritania.
